We purchase properties Nationwide in the Southeastern and West Coastal areas of the USA.
Our desired markets are the Southeastern and West Coast of the United States.
We do not purchase properties in:
New York, Louisiana, Alaska or Hawaii.
Exceptions are given to exceptional properties.
How We Purchase
We base the value of a property on its current “as is” income. Comparable and appraisals are secondary.
If we are interested, we begin the process by issuing to the submitting agent a
Full Price Letter Of Intent “LOI” within 72 hours of submission.
We can typically close in 15-45 days.
